So i watched a video on how uac calculates atar and it shows that they use our hsc raw marks not out hsc exam mark
soo does this mean that our assessment marks are disregarded? or are they actually using our hsc exam mark

They scale your 'raw HSC Mark' which is an average of your raw exam mark and raw moderated assessment mark
