how do i find out when my tutes/labs start??
does newcastle uni have them in the first week?

yeh usually its the second week.
but i cant stress enough how important your first lecture for each subject is,,, cos they outline and tell you EVERYTHING about the subject then,, after that you can ditch as much as you wanna (though i strongly recommend going to them!)
