So far I've looked at

Equity and Trusts in Australia by Dal Pont and Chalmers
Cases and Materials on Equity and Trusts by Heydon and Loughlan
Principles of the Law of Trusts by Ford and Lee

(bare in some areas)
Trusts in Principle by Douglas and Knowler
Equity and Trusts Butterworths Tutorial Series

There is a great trust book by Michael Evans. Try that!

That is the record for the UNSW Library. Not sure what uni you're at but certainly it should have it.
