lol i guess it depends if youve done ne work during the year ie. notes and stuff but it should be plenty espically with holidays in the middlle.. and besides you must be good at maths so those two should be easy for you.

Three months for your trials !?!? Are you serious? Shit I hope to get a couple weeks to study for my trials; let alone three months for the actual HSC exams... God damn.

the amount of time you need to prepare for trials really depends on your style of studying and what you think is reasonable to address all your subjects - everyone has their own opinons on how much time is needed to do this, but really you have to make that decision.

In short, to answer your question - no, only you can tell yourself that.

Although, it's a good idea to get a thorough set of notes in place around now, so that you have time to actually practise.

although it was an innocent question, its a retarded one at that.

you're in year 12, we're half way through the course, and you still don't know how to study - that's a problem.

I think he just wanted opinions.
He didn't ask how to study, just how long was a good amount of time.
Lots of people feel insecure about the time they allocate themselves to study, me included, and maybe he just wanted reassurance =)
Nothing wrong with that, I want some too lol.

Uh, no, I was thinking the same thing. If you haven't started already, there's nothing you can do to change that.

But if you're seeking reassurance that it's all okay, then whats the problem?
He's obviously not going to whack out a time machine and go 'okay, back 2.5 months'.
Just making sure it's still okay, and if he's told it's not, then he can brace himself for the worst, yeah?

That's what I think anyway lol.
And I'm piddling myself about the trials =)
As you might be able to tell, cause I'm here instead of studying.

Timetables don't really work for me either, but you may want to try making a few short term goals ie like a "to do" list every 2 weeks, and try and finish everything on that list within the time frame.

That way you can work on a subject you feel like doing.

If he needs to seek reassurance in an online forum, that's pretty sad. I'm not feeding this need.
