Well it has to be A or D...there are 3 distinct motions....to the left, then right and then left again....so that discounts B and D which only indicate 2 regions of interest.

Getting into the weeds.... first initial acceleration to the left then constant speed to the left and then decelerating to the left (which all happen and are required for the simple leftwards motion) wil thus produce the positive ( above x-axis) trapezium in D. The second and third trapezia of voltages can be also explained using these ideas of motion.

In any case, A can be discounted since it shows instantaneous changes in velocity ( vertical lines) which simply does not happen.
