it would help knowing few terms like the national army restricted to 100 000 soldiers, Alsace-Lorraine given back to France, Germany forced to pay reparations and accept sole responsibility for the outbreak of war

Highly unlikely but as Roy said it's more likely it'd be better if you know the stuff that occurred of the treaty of Versailles, i doubt there would be a question asking you to state specifically what the terms of the Treaty of Versailles wereTo do with the treaty of Versailles it would be more probable that a question might revolve around 'how was the treaty of Versailles received by the German people' however that's kind of going into the Weimar period

You would just need to know what the restrictions imposed on the Germans were and the effects it had on the Weimar government and German society.
It's fairly easy. I hope the question this year asks how it impacted the weimar government.
