Yes i'm too embarrassed to ask this under my real account.

But for several years now i've been stimulating myself by lying 'face down' ie i don't like using hands, and the bed is my choice, i've always found this more comfortable and easier to orgasm. Until recently i came across an article about this which calls it TMS, and states it might cause erection problems and other effects in the future. Although i haven't been able to find any medical evidence, Im just a tad bit worried, and was wondering if anyone else has experienced this?

So how long does it take to reach the climax while just pressing against the floor?

Using the bed? what the hell is wrong with you? you know you might try something a little smarter like your hands or if you want more upmarket, a fleshlight [google it, dont think i can link it here]

So how do hard-core muslims have their recommended "once per fortnight" ejaculation if they're single :p

Usually about 10-20 mins
Sometimes even 20-30
Wow, but isn't it uncomfortable if it's erect? I get uncomfortable just in my pants when not even pressing against it or anything.

I looked it up, its only a hypothetical problem. I would suggest you change your habits, but if thats what gets you off then so be it.

Well i'v only used the hand once, which was when i couldn't find any flat surface, but it took more then a hour. I'm worried that during sex i might not orgasm and have to end up using the girl's back or something.
I thought this was common.

im really curious how this works. i guess i can understand how it can be more of a turn on.

im thinking its kind of like simulating "being on top" (rubbing against the bed) rather than letting the woman do all the work (using your hands)

if so couldnt you just...rub against your hands instead?

do things get a little bit messy (messier) when you ejaculate?

Nah its just not the same against the hand, things are infact more cleaner as the seamen doesnt go anywhere but in your jocks.
I've found that the sensation is best whilst doing it in polyester pants/shorts.

Medical Evidence
- 4 case studies in the mid-90's (so there are basically 4 ppl in that were described, compare other syndromes where 100-200 cases = still uncommon)
- Associated with erectile and orgasmic dysfunction...
- Syndrome: Prone (face down) and chronic masturbation in this manner.

this is from PubMed and the article.. there was just 1 research paper on it,

Problems:
- Erectile Dysfunction with a partner
- Inability to have an orgasm with a partner

they think its cos the stimulation is not analogous (i.e. not the same style) compared to if you do it with a partner.

is it reliable? not really but if u get the problems and they arent due to medical or psychological problems.. then it might be.. but 4 case studies is not something i would get stressed over.

their solution was prevention by education on sexual stimulation by a partner

a syndrome is a set of symptoms... so it doesnt explain to us that there is even an underlying disease process.. it just gives us a hint.

If you are concerned, please get a referral to a sexual health physician in your area or a urologist by the GP.

Well if you're too embarassed to see a doctor about it, you can always go to one of those confessional boxes at a church.
