easy to transfer from bcomm to bcomm/bsc in unsw? is the quota ever exceeded?

He means going from BCom/BSci to BCom is easier than going from BCom to BCom/BSci

I'm not actually sure of the differences, since in UAI terms they are always the same

I think Bcom/Bsc -> Bcom can be done internally and that's why it's easier

you can do that anytime, they dont question u :p, but doing the viceversa, is a much harder task

By harder - means you have to apply through UAC hence no automatic transfer
