In 2011, I studied Civil Engineering at USYD with a pass average. At the end of the year I decided it was not for me and transferred to Applied Finance/Law at Macq, and my wam has increased (I'm sitting just under a distinction average for this course). Now, after deciding that I definitely want to pursue a career in the finance/economic field, I am considering dropping law and transferring back to USYD, for their Bachelor of Economics.
I was wondering whether I will start the B Economics with a fresh USYD transcript, or will my marks in my engineering subjects also be included? I'm hoping they won't, because they're nothing special
Also, does anyone know if I can received advanced standing at USYD for commerce subjects taken at MQ?
I've emailed USYD with these questions, but they're taking a long time to respond, and seem to get cut off when I call, so any help would be appreciated
