Transfering to same degree (1 Viewer)

Would it be wiser to transfer to the same/ similar degree from say, Law/Commerce at Maq to Law/Eco at Usyd
Or rather would it be better to transfer internally form Eco in usyd to Law and Eco in Usyd?
Are there any biases? Which would be easier to achieve?

It doesn't really matter i suppose, you'd need an atar of 97-98 with a D average to be considered.

This is what i've gathered from previous threads, usyd might give exemptions for the two foundation units in law but hopefully someone who has done it will answer.
