Anyone have some detailed Topic 4 notes they are willing to share>? I have looked in the resources section, but no success. I would make some myself, but its a bit late....would appreciate it a lot!

i would like some NEW policies on this topic as well...my text books are like from 2007.......sigh. and the teacher is lame.

? you don't need to be updated for chapter 4. just know the general trend and for the policies (last) topic you should be massing current stuff.. that should fill u in
