For titration between a strong acid and a strong base, is the net ionic always
H+(aq). + OH - (aq) > H2O (l)
or there are exceptions, considering when salts are formed, not all of them are soluble in aqueous form eg. carbonates bases

The only special case I can think of amongst the strong acids is that sulfuric acid (H2SO4) is a diprotic acid so the titration curve has two equivalence points. The intermediate species, HSO4-, is a weak acid so the shape of the curve around it’s equivalence point would look more like a weak than a strong acid.

Note that carbonic acid is a weak acid.
