こにちはみなさん、今日WRITINGについて話したいです。

I've handed in a few writing pieces for my teacher to mark, she says that my writing is good however - it does not really answer the question (ie. I blabber on about nothing) and furthermore it is a bit bland.

I've improved on trying to remain focused on the question, however most pieces I hand in are boring apparently.

What would you suggest for me to include in my writing?

Note : I am currently learning year 12 Japanese beginners. Also by writing I am referring to the HSC paper writing sections.

Write about something from every topic.
If you can.

Write the dates, about your family, about your pets, neighbour hood, rooms, what you do in a day.
And try to make use of the more complex phrases/tenses
