Timetable Issue (1 Viewer)

Hi,
So I'm trying to change my math tut times but the online edit system is not letting me. I find this really anooying since I have so much free time and there are so many math tut slots available. Can I go to the timetable office and ask for it to be changed or do they only do that for valid reasons, like I ahve work that etc.?

Edit: It's saying on the central timetable site that "'movement between classes is now locked'. why is it locked so early on in the semester ffs
