Hi,
I've already got an iPhone so I just need a sim-only plan, and want to switch from Optus to Virgin since a few friends are on Virgin and it uses the Optus network anyway I think.
I've heard that customer service isn't great, but what you get with the plans is good.
Has anyone had any experience or got any thoughts? It's a month-to-month plan, and I'm not totally set on which specific plan I'll get yet- maybe $19 + an extra $5 a month to get 500MB (I don't use my phone much apart from texting and calls outside home).
