Does anybody have a basic table on the historical development of the theroies of Evolution

Possibly in a table with the headings Name of scientist, DAte and contribution.

The scientist i am looking for are Da Vinci, Hooke, Buffon, Linnaeus, (Erasmus) Darwin, Lamarck, Wallace and (Charles) Darwin.
