you fellas bought ur textbooks yet?

got all mine yesterday most were 2nd hand in very very good condition. I reckon if I use my new ones for a week they'd be in same condition.

totalling $325

sooo heavy but
u know how we can get a locker?
i dunno if i should though coz from high skool experience
locker = put all ur books in there and dun take them home to study

where do find out about what textbooks were meant to be getting i dont have a clue ...

ive seen lockers around, but dont have a clue ...

on the left side, click on textlist, then pick your uni
on new page choose your unit
when you look at the book, if it says "text" under status, then you'll need it.
click on the book itself to see wat edtion you need.
eg. 05E02 means 5th edition published in 2002


u get 2nd hand books from the sam 2nd hand book shwop
its located behind the coop bookshop on a lower lvl in an old brown cottage. cash only.
u can get there if u go down the stairs outside the coop shop, past the atms

just wondering, what edition was your accounting book, and what edition was your stat book?

accounting was 5th edition and stat was 11th edition
those are the ones i bought new coz i couldnt find them 2nd hand.

how many books is dat? i have 7 in total

my $325 includes the $25 membership fee, the 2 act101 books for semester2, and universal machine which was in comp115 package last yr but not in this year's.

well ive bought ... accg in aust ... and intro to prob and stat ... and that burnt a 171 dollar hole in wallet (well, not really) ...

did any of you buy just the "tapestry" textbook and not the whole package?

any 1 out there going to uni on monday with no books in their bag?

and i heard that it is not worth getting that ACST101 textbook as the notes from lectures will be sufficient, i donno,:rolleyes:

i dont have any books............advice i been given is to actually ask the lecturer if a text book is required for the unit as sometimes it is not really needed even if your going for the distinctions
