Please tell me the good things about Macquarie Uni. The courses I wanna do at UNSW, UTS and USyd require a higher UAI than the one I have...
I haven't been to Macquarie before...
What's it like?

Does anyone do Media in Multimedia? Is it good and is it really arty?

How are the lecturers?

I've been to MACQ's previous open day...it's huge...(lost)... ^.^
compare to unsw, i say MQ is small :)

cos to get to most of the lecture rooms, all you need to do is walk down this one long pathway :p

but yea, MQ has a nice environment, very greenish(ie lots of grass and trees) and it has its own lake!!!!

pfft thats bs. if you work hard you should complete you degree within the given time, same as any uni. if you screw about and fail things it will take longer, same as any uni.

whats good about it?

we go there, and we're cool

you'll also become adept at stalking.

ummm, for most units at macq they follow a strict grading system whereby they give a certain proportion so and so grades - and they give fewer high grades then most other unis.

LOL!

I'm DEFINATELY coming to MAc now, provided I get in (anyone able to bribe the people in charge...? lol).

I want to see these ducks. I missed them at Open Day. I also got lost at the open day, but that doesn't count. :p
