Dux's chemistry & physics notes are excellent, concise and straight to the point. They make for great reference when studying.
Although Matrix books are also great, the information is more spread out throughout a large book and you'd need to write up your own notes (or not if you don't want to).
I've heard good things about the teaching at Matrix & Dux.
I can't comment on Talent 100 as i haven't seen their stuff or know anyone who's been there.
