I searched for Subway threads and there weren't any, which is strange, but anyway...

What hours is Subway open? I'd guess it would be something like 10am-11pm. They don't have their hours on their site.

And, what is the rate of part-time pay for a 17 yo?

Its dependant on the store, but most open from 7AM - 11PM (Think 7 Eleven)

Most likely around $10

Yeah, usually Deli Rolls with Bacon & Egg fillings. Some stores also have a coffee machine as well.

Ive heard some interesting stories of sexual relations in cool rooms in certain stores....Blacktown and Menai are two that come to mind.

It depends on the store.

Im 20 and i used to work at Subway and my hourly rate was $15.55

Except because i signed an AWA i didnt get penatly rates on weekends.

The subway here in Armidale is open till late on saturdays for those going to the pub.

Subways are franchised. Hence, there are no (uniform?) set hours of trading.

The store I work at is open Monday - Friday 7am - 9pm, Saturday Sunday 8 - 10pm.
Franchise also means staff at different stores may work under different pay conditions.

7am-10pm they are open but of you work there you'd start at 6am for morning and finish around 11pm for night. You get paid just above award wage and yourhours are crap... I DONT recommend working there...take it from somone whos working there and is currently seeking other employment.

Yikes...cruel and unsual punishment.. But I'm sure with a bit of experience you can move on to bigger and better things.

yeah each shift we are allowed one foot long for free, and as much soft drink as we want *woo :S* haha ... oh and i didnt mention the 25% staff discount
