hi so I'm about to chose my subjects for yr 11 and 12 my thoughts are 3unit maths, adv English, physics, chem, economics, modern history and history extension. is 14 units too much for yr 11. For yr 12 I will drop one of the sciences. Would you chose any other higher scaling subjects instead of any of them??

I had 14 units last year, 4 of them were accelerated HSC units so I focused on those, but my marks in my other subjects didn't seem to suffer, although I definitely didn't put HSC-level effort in. It was quite stressful though, this year I'm only doing 9 units and its much better, although I still seem to have no time... But you should be fine with 14, just be prepared to have to sacrifice extra study for each subject.
