My enrollment is next Tues 27th (UOW) and I am starting a Communications/Law Course this year. I am trying to pre-organise my subjects and timetables, etc. so I don't get stuck there for 6 hours on the day.

My only question is, how many subjects should I be picking for each session? My course goes for five years and I have to have completed 264 credit points by the end.

So far, I am doing the compulsory communications subject for first year, two compulsory law subjects (cannot take any more C or L courses this session as they are pre-req for everything else) and a sociology course compulsory for my major in Journalism. But together these four only make up 20 cp. Should I add another subjects so I am doing roughly 26 per session, or should I wait it out and see how first session goes, and take on a fifth subject for Spring?

I am so confused!

You need 18 cps from your other course (i.e not law). Take 3 subjects that are worth 8 points. Simple.

3 more this session or three more this year? I am already doing four this session...

CCS105- 6 pts
SOC110- 4 pts
LLb100- 6pts
LLB110- 4pts

Therefore 20cps...

My q. is...should I take one more arts or whatever subject to make it up to 26 cps so I am doing roughly an average amount per session for my degree.

Mads )
