So I'm doing the mandatory 12 units and I want to drop Modern History.
Unfortunately, I have to withstand another 2 terms of that crap.
Will my performance/marks for this subject at all matter toward/effect my final year 12 HSC marks if I drop it at the end of year 11?

no. but why would you choose it if you hate it ?
some schools (like mine) let studnets to change their subjects until mid-term 2 in prelim, so maybe you can try it with your school and talk to your year advisor.

Nope

I am forced to do IPT because of lines and everything else is like dance, music PDH so yeah

I have done no work besides assignments

Im not even giong to try beccause im dropping it ASaP

business studies is fun!! it is so easy i like it and it is a easy band 6 for me like maths

Currently i can guarntee i will get band 6 for maths, business and economics

lol... it's the start of term two prelim. How can you guarantee you're getting band 6 already?

I just talk all lesson during business. The class is currently on chapter 6 of the textbook, and I haven't started

There should be seriously an allegiance of people whose lines screwed them over. (As I said when I saw my school lines, you sunk my scaling ship )

But OP, as long as you are absolutely sure you are dropping it, have fun bludging but don't annoy other people in your class who want to do well in Modern History in HSC.
