hey guys,

i was just wondering how are yous studying for chem.....

I read the textbook and study guides on the topics i study completely.
No joke.
Saves time on writing summaries.

You must know your content back to front for maximum marks.

Well im going over my bookwork (in which our school provides summaries on all topics as the bookwork + we have done additional work for those band 6 answers), doing questions from a study guide adressing every dot point in the syllabus (almost finished it after over 30hrs working) and am doing some extra 'mole' calculation work afterwards...ooo, and don't forget past HSC papers

Warning: the above study plan is EXTREMELY time consuming, but worth it

LOL, 'Forbidden', u must of done good in ur class ranking by wat i can tell

I'm always bored, reading textbooks is a good way to pass time.

That's why I'm surprised that many people in the HSC get confused with the m in the ΔH = -mCΔT equation by mistaking it for the mass of fuel burnt instead of the water being heated.

read over study notes... i rememorise my notes every 4 days for each subject

I read through my Chem summaries i made throughout the year... and then attempt past papers..If theres anything i cant do, i go and read the dot point the question is referring too from my notes and I make sure I understand it and can write an appropriate answer before continuing on through the past paper.... Its quite effective.. :wave: :wave:

hey... well my class just finished our content. going strong! only reason i got through it was because i pay $75 for tutoring
can't wait till the hsc -sarcasm-
