It depends on individuals. I had a look at few HSC notes submitted on Boredofstudies, Ahmad Shah Idil had about 30000 words altogether in his bio notes.

And from someone that I bought the notes from, she also had 40000 words altogether. But it really depends.

I've got nearly 300 pages of notes for all my subjects. I do 5 subjects. Bio and Econ are the largest portions.

I have notes for all my subjects.
My Business Studies notes are from one of those textbook summary sites, which is pretty good. :)
For SDD I think I have about 60 pages of notes....which is quite a lot!

i wouldnt worry about having a set amount. some of my friends had 50+ pages, but i think i had <5 for each subject...i basically worked from the dot points in the syllabus, and i figured the less pages i had, the more i could read over them.

English - About 10 pages / module, so about 40 pages
Chem - About 15-20 pages / module, so about 70 pages
Latin - Not including translations, about 50 pages
Latin Ext - Not including translations, about 1 page for the shorter poems and 2-3 for longer ones, maybe about 30 pages?
Maths - None
Japanese - None

In total: 190 pages
My advice to you would be... don't go totally overboard like this.

I never realized that am reading more than 20 pages (depending on the subjects). Torturing myself everyday.

Average of 30 pages per module for Chemistry and physics. i.e ~240 pages for both chem and physics. But this includes detailed practicals etc and diagrams.
