I tried to look through the Study Tips and Motivation thread, but I'm having issues with the site still...

Which study methods did you guys find effective, and which didn't work for you? I know everyone studies differently, but I never studied for year 10 except for reading over my book the morning of exams :/ So it's something I've got to get used to this year. Also, how much did you study in year 11?

To be honest, I did little studying throughout year 11 but that mainly was from the fact that I found the work relatively easy so things got to my head quickly.

Everyone will have a different study method that works for them; there is no singular magical formula for success. One thing I could suggest for you is to look over your work each night for each subject for say, half an hour and work yourself out from there. Make summaries at the end of each week during the weekend, you should have plenty of time then.

Year 11 mainly is a great time to work out a study method that's for you so you're confidently ready upon entering year 12.
