Hey all u bio ppls

I have an assessment coming up on sterile technique. I know that it involves taking all the precautions in order to maintain cleanliness, however i was wondering if anyone had done a prac on sterile technique that may be able to help me?

steile technique may be something like sanatising water supplys etc.. with chlorine

Sterile techniques also involve dry heat, moist heat (autoclave), chemicals, gamma and UV irradiation to kill all living matter on a particular object.

Dont know what i was worried bout hey! All the teacher got us to do was go up 1 by 1 and she gave us an agar plate a water sample, moetho bunsen metal loop and hand wash. So basically we had to put the water sample on the agar using the handwash to wash our hands the metho to clean the desk and the bunsen to sterilise the wire loop and the test tube! total breeze! thanks for all your help tho!
