I just thought this would be very helpful. You need to learn to speed-read and speed-understand.
And if you want, a typing test (which wouldn't be very helpful unless you could use a laptop or something during the exams).
Speed-understanding is pretty much the same as selective hearing - except it's "selective reading", you could say.
The brown cat with lots of fur fell into a well head-first and never came back up.
Taking keywords, basically.
It's like when you do a comprehension. Skip to the questions, know what you're looking for, then go back and scan the passages for those keywords.
You get the picture.
