this may sound like a dumb question but i'm really stumped and confused about it.
i know lincoln's speech has a theme of freedom and liberty but what is he actually saying about it. All i can think of is that he mentions it a couple of times but besides that he doesn't seem to make much more of a point about it. and i can't find techniques to back it up.
i know when i'm reading it that he's talking about freedom but i don't actually understand what he's saying about it.
any help would be appreciated
