I'm with a girl that I like and she likes me... but I am a little absent minded shitloads of times.. we aren't together yet and we were hoping for the summer after my exams and her HSC.

anyways

well I kinda typed something on IM to her that came out completely and utterly sounding stupid about her and could be taken as insulting.

I was distracted when I did it and I tried apologising and everything but she won't pick up her phone or reply to me.. I have done this before though

any suggestion?

if it was anything negative about her weight... never, ever make fun of a girl's weight. whether it's true or not, it will really offend us and can stay with us for a long time.

it's like us telling you that you have a small dick, you wouldn't be feeling too good after that, would you?

hahahahahahahah,ive been there heaps of times ,after many failed attempts,heres my fromula to success


1.say whatever you did
2.then say how you didn't mean to say what you said(usually say it from your heart)
and expand on this
3.admit you were wrong
4.if it is really bad pay yourself out about what you did (example:i was a dickhead........etc)however only do this if it is really bad
5.finally say 'I'm sorry"


(note each step must be clear and detailed or otherwise it will seem too brief and make you look like you don't really mean it)chicks are complicated creatures, with guys we just say sorry and all is back to normal, just with that simple word with no explanation is good enough for us

I agree with Bubz, never make negative comments about a girl's weight if you can help it. If you have an obese girlfriend who squishes you flat when she sits on you, try something like "honey, I'm going to the gym, wanna come?".

As for her face, well... you said it was a compliment, but it was weird. So... what - "I've always loved girls with protruding square jaws"? Or "nothing beats kissing your fish lips"? Whatever it is, tell her that you didn't mean it in an offensive way, but as a compliment. You can't make up some lame excuse like "I was just kidding" because she's not going to buy that.

In the end, just reassure her that you love her pretty face and say sorry for hurting her feelings.
