i have seen vanilla sky don;t you think it might be a bit complicated to talk about...the story line is very confusing

the whole freezing your body in time and going on that lucid dreams thing is pretty damn imaginative if you ask me 
as for the 'confusing' storyline, if you encapsulate the story into pieces (eg. the idea that he is just living out his dream, it's not actually reality) it wouldn't be too difficult to do.
