Yeh 15 was slightly iffy, i eventually said A cause debentures can be 30, 60 or 90 days (i think), and i thought that fitted the time period pretty well.

I dunno about 20 though, what made you say 'inappropriate cut-off periods' over 'asset stripping'?

Are we all sure that 19 is A...its what I put but I wasn't sure

And what were your answers the the one about which two months will the business be in liquidity problems. I think I said December/November...

Apart from thise two, I think the MC was good. I almost got the first question wrong by colouring in the wrong circle

i thought debentures were long term and expensive for small businesses.. and aren't overdrafts for short-term liquidity problems?

also i chose 'inappropriate cut-off periods' over 'asset stripping' cause there wasnt anything about selling off assets.. and also it said the plant and equipment was undervalued, so i thought it was because of inappropriate cut off periods

hey !! i got really confused with 14 and 15 - 14 i only calculated one cash defecit so i said the other 'problem' month must have been the third year (or so) where there was a net position thingy of $11000 which i thought was a little excessive - what actually was the answer? for 15 i initially wrote debentures, then i thought, since it is a long term source of finance, it isnt appropriate for cashflow problems which tend to be short term, so i opted with overdrafts in the end. not sure though (i thought venture capital was irrelevent by definition, and mortgage is really random lol)

Damn, your right - debentures are long term, i was thinking of bank bills! gah!

I said asset stripping cause the assets were undervalued, and so they would be purchasing them at a less than market price and then they could sell them at market price and hence make a profit

I thought it would be novemver and december, because at the start of december the business would still be in cash deficit...probably...

I thought of pixdusts reason as well....I hate non obviously right/wrong multiple choice questions :(
