Resigning from course (1 Viewer)

I wish to resign from a course I was doing at UWS last year. Do I have to go to my own campus to send this form with my student card? Can I mail it to them or can I do this resignation process at another UWS campus?

when i resigned i went to my campus filled out the form and took it to the student centre and viola.

You can just send the form to the student centre, the address and instructions are at the bottom of the form.

Yeah, they'll take your Student card away.
