* always use 3rd person
* after presenting the facts make sure u analyse it (what works for me is writing it up... leaving 2 lines then writing the analysis in italics
* for my business report and cafs assessments im using the following format
- title page
- executive summary (basically an introduction.. summaring what u r going to do.. how u did it)
- acknowledgements
- analysis and discussion of data (this is also where u can talk about graphs and things you made after doing surveys and things)
- summary/conclusion/recommendation
- bibliography
- appendix
