Realistically, what OP is needed for JCU (1 Viewer)

Even though JCU does not mention a cut off, I'm sure it is around OP 3. Does anyone know about someone getting in with lower OP? If so what was it. BTW I live in rural QLD and have done all my studies here, does that give benefit to my cause?

Yes it does, it depends how rural you are and what sort of explanation you can give them on your medical rural experiences in application which will be a defining factor for your intervew seciton, in addition.
