I've seen that 75 is around the b6 cut-off, so would about 85 be ok for around 95 aligned mark?

depends on the difficulty of the exam. for example last year in chem 86/100 raw got you 96 exam mark but in 2009 to get 96 you needed like low 90s.

so id say aim for 84-88 if you want 95 exam mark in phys
