:wave: fellow business people.

so i was writing out all my ratios and stuff [and gosh there are a lot] and i realised i had a few holes in my notes.
would someone please let me know where the
operating expenses ratio
inventory turnover ratio
expense ratio
working capital ratio and
current ratios are found??

and can someone find out exactly which ratios we're supposed to know.
everywhere i look there are different ones they say we need to be able to do and i'm getting confused.

and is it calcualted in days or $$?

Ratios we need to know:
Liquidity -- Working capital ratio CA:CL
Solvency -- Gearing/Debt to Equity ratio L:OE
Profitability -- GP ratio GP/Sales x100
-- NP ratio NP/Sales x100
-- return on owners equity NP/OE x100
Efficiency -- Expense ratio EXP/Sales x100
-- Acc. rec. turnover ratio 365/(sales/acc. rec)

Hope that helps. There are others, but we don't need to know them.
