This is a limiting reagents q. So first find moles of both with the n=cv formula

will give 0.002 moles of HCl and 0.0006 moles of Barim hydroxide

Write a chemical equation:Ba(OH)2 + 2HCl -----> BaCl2 + 2H2O

so Ba(OH)2 is the limiting reagent. Meaning only 0.00l2 moles of HCl react. leaving behind 0.0008 moles of HCl in a 100mL solution, so find concentration which is 0.008M. Now from ph=-log(H+) gives 2.09691001301 (B)
