QUT or GRIFFITH for Environmental Science Studies?

Hoping to get some more insight into which of these two Uni's are better for Environmental Science studies?
Can anyone who is already in the industry or who are currently studying please give me their reviews both good and bad if you have attended or are attending either of these Universities please?

I am not worried about the ranking of the Uni's, I know that UQ is the best for Environmental Science but I would prefer to not have the biggest HECS debt.
For me I need to know which one out of QUT or Griffith has the best prac, field and support, also job placement outcomes?

I am really hoping to get into a Government job with the degree, so am finding it really hard to decide between the two.
They both have fantastic Bachelor programs/majors and seem very similar, it is more about the outcome and how people found the uni/support/core units and the reasons why they chose either or as their preferred Uni of choice??

If your preferred uni is UQ, why not go there? It costs the same per year (honours is included) - if you were to do an honours year at QUT or Griffith, you’d accrue the same debt anyway.

I never said it was my preferred, I just know its the best for Environmental Science (overall) but it is more expensive than the other two after you add in the additional costs/fees. Also UQ is renown for being heavily theory based rather than more practical/field based, so my preferred learning environment would be better suited to the other two universities.

The problem is the other two uni's are so similar, it is really hard to decide what one I should go for?
So hoping for a lot more insight (pros/cons) from people who have been to either / are currently or have completed studying Environmental Science.
