yes zazzy shutup .

legisation is statute law e.g crimes act 1900

under crime there are 3 sources :
common law - judge made law - interpret legislation and precedent
statute law - parliament
constitution - seperation of powers so there legal system is unbias

New question, is anyone else doing "child executions" for an international human rights issue? If so can you please post a succinct summary in a few lines?

Yay last one tomorrow!

i did it for a bit then changed because it was unable to fit questions like 'how has the australian legal system responded to this international human rights issue' that we had in a task early in the year.
so now i'm doing the trafficking of people for sexual servitude
but with child executions, the main culprit is saudi arabia - if ou look it up, theyve executed a few children in the past year, and other young adults for crimes committed when they were children. amnesty international has lots of info about it
