they normally come with a straightening creme and a neutraliser, right, you use the creme first and the neutraliser after. the purpose of the neutraliser i understand is to make your hair stay down permanently.

so if i want my hair to stay up does this mean i should not use the neutraliser?

no, the straightening creme does just that, straighten ur hair. neuraliser keeps it straight, not permanently, but like until it grows out. wtf do you mean by "stay up"? you have to use the neutraliser, otherwise as soon as u wash yr hair it will go back to how it was.
