I don't get why teachers can only get there hands on them while students cannot.

Is there a way to actually buy them? I asked my teacher for them but she refused to hand all of the worksheets to our class.

IIRC there are online resources which have the CC worksheets but not all of them. My teacher gave us the CC worksheets, especially for pracs.

How do I get access to the online resources then? I don't get why they make it so hard for us to get those worksheets..

Those worksheets have helped me so much in Chem espeically in Prelim. Me and other people have been insiting my teacher to give PDFs to us but she refuses everytime.
