im having a bit of trouble filling in the proposed program form. how many units/credit points do i include for Arts/Law in first semester?
and do i also include the compulsory units too?

Yes, this is a 'plan' for your subjects whether they be cores or electives:

Macquarie Law, Program of Study

So I presume its LAW 114 Semester 1, then whatever subjects for your Arts degree.

(btw, you usually finish your other degree (non-law) by the 3rd year)
