Does anyone have anything that describes what the formulas are used for? I have some ideas, but get confused and I've Been taught SUVAT for the formulas but when it comes to the Formula Sheet i have no clue.... Any help?

Δx = range or horizontal distance
Δy= vertical distance or s
vx= Horizontal velocity final
ux= Horizontal velocity initial
Note that Horizontal initial and final velocity is the same
vy= Vertical velocity final
uy= Vertical velocity initial
ay= acceleration due to gravity
