Angle between A and B = 34 + 12 = 46°. Distance = theta/3600 x 2π x 6400 = 46/360 x 2π x 6400 = 5138.249318 = 5138 km Not sure where you're getting "(cos latitude)" from. Whatever it is, you won't need it.
