So it seems this year NESA is testing waters with the new syllabus for various subjects in these years exam (eg english advanced modules and biology). Do you think this years physics paper could follow this trend? Maybe more projectile motion?

Yeah I thought about that earlier today as well ~ I reckon except more Q's like the JWST period q from like ~2010 or something. I'm like not expecting some westinghouse or space scientist question to spit out ~ Application questions sound like NESA's goal

Yes especially in physics NESA will probably focus more on the critical thinking aspects of Physics like interpreting data, equating formulas and deriving equations for random situations.
Which is GREAT news because I love these kinds of questions as opposed to writing essays on Physics :)

Yeah those are my favourite too. I'm just hoping theres not too many complex motors and generators questions in multiple choice, I always lose marks on those :spin:

Fair enough. The way I do those questions is, for example if it is a graph including flux, I just imagine how the flux would change in my head to get it.

I don't know... Examining how HSC exams are going this year, I would say brace for a pretty tough exam to be honest.

That would be kinda sad, all the questions in the sample one are easy, except for stuff we don't learn :)
