So basically i'm doing a speech on The Lovely Bones by Alice Sebold and have to refer to the quotation:
"Postmodernism delights us with its playfulness, but unsettles us with its challenge to the certainties of the past."
I have to look at how postmodern ways of thinking are explored and expressed in this text but i'm kinda stuck!! i get that it looks at religion and the fact it has an omniscient narrator but what else?? Aghh freaking out here!!
Can anybody help me because that would be greatly appreciated
Thank you,
