i was going to say, unless you have insomnia, then it makes sense. then i was like, nah, he might find that offensive if he doesn't.cause i have insomnia, so i put it to use by re-reading prescribed texts + i'm lucky to get the 4 hours its usually more like 3 or 2
=[[ that sucks.yeah i know about melatonin. but i have to meds for my bipolar and it counteracts them by causing a release of some other hormone that makes me really depressed and angry (forget what it is called) so i can't take anything like that. The only thing that slightly works is warm milk, but the drowsy feeling wears off after like and hour.
when the teachers at my school told us all to make a study timetable i thought they were joking.
I cant believe anyone has one.
Too ridgid. Inflexible. Controling.
What happens if u have free time but u feel ok for studying?
What happens if u have maths but u dont wanna study?
Why base our lives around a stupid schedual?
I thought these were only for people with poor management skills.
Pple, gain some self control, get a grip and have a bludgier life with more sleep (while still doing well at school). Trust me its possible (unless ur a nerd who considers jumping if they get 99% in a test).
Christ thats a lot.I get in about 6-9 hours a day
