I have a speech due in a couple of weeks, and its on the creation of the Stalin Cult and the link it has with Stalin... I have found no information at all! any information would be great!

Do you mean the 'cult of personality'?
The idea that the country and party becomes totally identified with the leader & Stalin's position became almost divine.
If thats what you're after I have a few paragraphs about it, nothing ground breaking but might help as a starting point

If you google Stalin and Cult of Personality you get some basics from which to go on but really the best way would be to go to your library and get some biographies on Stalin. They have better and more reliable information than many websites floating around. They also should have a chapter or so on the Cult of Personality.

cult of stalin is a lot to do with the propoganda...
incl his views on chuches and education

it was basically to cement his authority as leader of the sovun and guide his ppl and he was shown in things like books, films, operas etc as a natural leader and in a CHRISTLIKE manner
