ooo, the bartimaeus trilogy, nice juicy miss-use of power there. Dont know if youll have time to read them though.

make sure that wateva u choose is not a common or easy text!

Look for texts that were under: "Powerplay" in the syllabus last year: 1984, Antony and Cleopatra. Teacher will be impressed with your selection of quite 'complex' texts.
